Reed grew up and has lived and worked in the Tidewater area his entire life, with 36 years being focused on the data technology field with a focus on data networks. Reed has been involved from the beginning and emergence of data networking; he has seen this technology grow into the network of today supporting all core business technologies. Alabama Football, Beach, Boating, Fishing and Hunting are some of the hobbies that provide a break from the fast pace projects and day to day work. Reed strides to see All About Networks succeed and is dedicated to providing the customer with great service, good value, best solution and then be able to deliver this service on time.

Rick Cunningham

Co-Founder, COO

Rick is a 30+ year veteran in the Information Technology field with a background in Inside and Outside Plant Copper and Fiber Optic Infrastructures, Telephony and Security Solutions. Rick provides a recognized knowledge of Construction, a robust understanding of business protocols, project management and vendor collaboration. Rick has a proven track record in the development of preliminary designs through the implementation of numerous overlying network technologies. 

Robert Michalochick

Vice President, Sales

Hailing from Penn State University, Robert has a diverse background of technical expertise.  His 15 years with Becton Dickinson promoting cutting edge technology and another 20+ years in the telecommunications industry has produced a wide spectrum of technical knowledge and experience. 

Robert provides recognized knowledge of products and services as well as a robust understanding of business protocols, project management and vendor collaboration. He has a proven track record in the sales and development of preliminary designs for networking with implementation of numerous overlying network technologies as well as a laser focus on customer wants and needs.   Married for 36 years and the father of two grown daughters and a young grandson, he is also an avid fisherman and loves restoring and flipping furniture.
